Der Backfriese is looking for apprentices as bakery sales assistants for locations in Aurich, Norden, Hage and Südbrookmerland. The work includes selling bread and baked goods, advising on ingredients, and presenting, packaging and decorating the displays in the specialist shops. Duties also include slicing bread and cakes, topping and garnishing rolls, and preparing snacks and light meals. A good secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss), motivation, commitment, a neat appearance and teamwork skills are expected.
