The tasks include consistent quality and service standards across all branches, regular branch visits, on-site operational support, and monitoring of product presentation, freshness, hygiene and legal requirements. Further responsibilities include sales, product and hygiene training, the development of junior managers, and standards for service, sales and customer communication. Requirements are a qualification as sales manager or a comparable qualification as well as leadership experience, ideally in the food and bakery craft trade.
