The duties include operating and controlling production and packaging equipment, resolving minor faults, cleaning work, and supporting tasks in the production process while complying with quality and hygiene standards. No special qualifications are required; skills will be taught, and what is needed is technical understanding, manual dexterity, reliability, and enjoyment of both independent and teamwork.
